· Acrylic Painting · Clay· Pastel · Marker
Activities such as painting, sculpting clay, pastel drawing, and marker drawings help strengthen fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and muscle control through hands-on practice and the use of various art tools. Working with tactile materials, such as clay and pastels, also provides valuable sensory experiences that encourage participants to explore different textures and engage with their senses. Through these creative activities, participants can build confidence, improve coordination, and enjoy the freedom of self-expression while developing skills at their own pace.
· Paper Crafts · Wood Crafts · Beaded Jewelry Crafts
Paper crafts involve activities such as tearing, folding, and cutting with scissors, helping participants develop bilateral coordination - the ability to use both hands together to complete tasks effectively. These activities also encourage precision, concentration, and control.
Wood crafts introduce participants to structured, step-by-step projects that promote sequencing, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions. By completing each stage of a project, participants can strengthen problem-solving skills and build confidence in their ability to accomplish tasks independently.
Beading crafts help participants refine their pincer grasp and fine motor control as they pick up, sort, and thread small beads. Arranging beads by color, shape, and size also encourages pattern recognition, visual coordination, and creativity. Through these activities, participants can develop valuable skills while enjoying the satisfaction of creating something unique with their own hands.
· Percussion Instruments · Piano · Drums
Playing musical instruments also helps strengthen grip strength, finger isolation, wrist control, and hand to eye coordination through repeated, purposeful movements. As participants practice pressing piano keys, holding percussion instruments, and coordinating their movements with musical rhythms, they develop precision, timing, and control. Music activities also encourage concentration, listening skills, and the ability to follow instructions. Through individual practice and group musical experiences, participants can build confidence, express their creativity, and experience the joy of making music together.
· Basic Vocal Training · Breath Control · Vocal Technique
Vocal exercises also help develop listening skills, concentration, memory, and coordination between breathing and vocal expression. Through consistent practice and group singing, participants can strengthen their vocal abilities, build confidence, express their emotions creatively, and develop meaningful social connections while discovering the joy of music and self expression.
